Honor of Kings won 2 awards at the 15th Hollywood Music in Media Awards, which will be held in 2024.
The event was held at The Avalon, Hollywood, Los Angeles, United States, on November 20 2024.
The Hollywood Music in Media Awards aims to give the highest awards to music industry players in various media, one of which is video games.
Honor of Kings received the Best Original Song/Score – Mobile Video Game award at the 15th Hollywood Music in Media Awards.
The award is attributed to the team of composers behind the badaktogel music that appears in the game Honor of Kings.
They managed to beat composer teams from other games, such as Hans Zimmer (COD Mobile), Neal Acree (Diablo Immortal), LUMi (PUBG Mobile), and others.
The award was received on-site by Matthew Carl Earl, one of the members of the HOK composer team.
“Congratulations to the great composers on this season of Misty Marshes, and congratulations also to the HOK team at TiMi who also won the Music Supervision – Video Game category!” Earl said on his Instagram account.
“Standing on an equal footing with Hans Zimmer makes me very proud,” said Rasmus Faber, another member of the HOK composer team via his social media account.
“I must emphasize that the entire team received this award, including my colleague at Platina Jazz Martin Landström,” he continued.
Apart from the Original Song/Score – Mobile Video Game award, HOK also won the Best Music Supervision – Video Game award.
